JOHN DONAHUE WINS AT WHITE MOUNTAIN MOTORSPORTS PARK

Rain started the afternoon off on a sour note, wetting the track and threatening to delay the start of tonight's action. The sun prevailed and the track dried and the rubber met the asphalt for this year's A.C.T. 150 LAP feature event. Starting on the pole was John Donahue out of Granitville Vt. Donahue took advantage of his position and raced hard, nearly lapping most of the pack. There were several cautions through tonights race, however Donahue came back strong each time and set the pace for the others to follow. Donahue took the checkers with Brent Dragon following a close second and Nicholas Sweet coming in third. Rounding out the top five was Eric Williams and Ben Rowe. The Shuttle Connection Super Streets saw driver Jourdan Davis leading their feature for the better half of the race, however the Davis car was black flagged and sent to the pits for what appeared to track officials to be a leak. This allowed Cam Clairmont to take command of the field and go on to win the feature, following close behind was Tim Churchill who settled for a second place finish and Chan Davis took third. |

An unfortunate fall has landed one of Steve Parker's favorite fans on the disabled list. Steve Parker, a driver for the Beacon Resort Strictly Stock Division, advised WMMP that "Meme" fell last week and broke her arm. "Meme" wanted to thank everyone who assisted her last weekend and wished the drivers well in the weeks to come while she is absent. Get well wishes may be sent to:
