Strictly Stock
  
1. COMPETING MODELS:
  • Any 1960 to present American made production car, with the following exceptions: No station wagons, convertibles, four wheel drives.
  • No radios will be allowed in this division.
2. BODIES:
  • One mirror only to the left side of driver, 5 in. max.
  • Cars must be neat appearing.
  • No gutting allowed, other than removal of interior, windows, windows mechanisms, driver and passenger door panels, inner front fenders, and inner hood panels.
  • Spare tire panel maybe removed below trunk.
  • Full windshield required.
  • Lexan maybe substituted for glass.
  • Full front and rear fire walls required and holes must be neatly patched with steel.
  • Brake pedal and gas pedal will remain stock and in stock location for year, make, and model.
  • Stock hood & trunk panels.
  • Aftermarket hinges allowed on hood.
  • Positive pin type fasteners (2 trunk, 3 hood) required.
  • A 3 piece .095 1 3/4 in. max. tubular bumpers allowed using a three piece design only, no bracing allowed.
  • Rubber frontbumper covers allowed but must look stock.
  • Performance bodies cover preferred.
  • No trailer hitches.
  • No added or bolted on weight.
  • NO REAR SPOILERS
  • No rear sway bars.
3. SPRINGS:
  • Leaf spring cars will have equal number of leafs left and right, equal width and must be of equal length.
  • No adjustable schackles and no jacking bolts allowed.
  • Front springs will be stock appearing, must be 5 1/2 in. diameter and free length must be the same right and left.
  • Rear springs must have pigtail on lower end, free height must remain the same left and right with a 5 1/2 in. diameter min.
  • Cars using stock springs wire size and number of coils must match from side to side front and rear.
  • Springs maybe heated but not cut.
4. SUSPENSION:
  • All suspension components must remain stock for your year, make and model.
  • Springs must remain in stock location without altering of spring pockets in anyway.
  • No spacers or shims maybe used of any kind.
  • All suspension components must be mounted in stock location.
  • Maximum camber of 2 in. on the right, measured on the wheel.
  • Minimum frame and body height will be 6 inches WITH DRIVER.
  • No altering suspension components in anyway.
  • Any stock replacement shock maybe used with a maximum suggested manufactures retail price of $45.00.
5. DRIVETRAIN:
  • Stock 3-speed automatic transmission, all gears must be in working order.
  • Stock torque converter, flywheel and valve body.
  • Transmission cooler inlet & outlet maybe interconnected with max. 12 in. hose or line.
  • (Transmission coolers permitted but must be mounted on fire wall or other approved location (CALL)
  • Stock standard 3 speeds all gears must work, must use a stock steel min. weight 25 lb. flywheel.
  • A stock replacement 10 1/2” clutch min. and pressure plate made of steel and have a combined minimum weight of 40 lbs.
  • A steel scattershield must be installed for standard trans.
  • Clutch linkage and pedals must be stock design.
  • NO aftermarket pedal allowed.
  • Stock rear end for year, make, and model. Maximum 7 1/2 inch ring gear only.
  • Rear ends may be locked or open. Locked rear ends may use spool or welded. No limited slip allowed.
  • Stock steel drive shaft painted white required with a minimum of two 1/8” X 2” steel straps or chains surrounding it.
6. WHEELS / TIRES:
  • Wheels maybe a max. of 8 in. wide, (aftermarket wheels will be permitted but must have between 3 in. and 5 in.)
  • Offset steel aftermarket right front hub and rotor allowed.
  • All wheels must be same diameter.
  • No wheel spacers permitted.
  • No retreads or D.O.T. tires.
  • A durometer rule will be enforced.
  • American Racer 7” 705 treaded tire is the only tire allowed.
  • Any tire found to be softened in practice, qualifying or feature will be immediately confiscated and will become property of WMMP (wheel and all).
7. ENGINE:
  • Maximum engine displacement: GM 350+.040, Ford 351+.040, Chrysler 360+.040
  • All engine components must remain stock as manufactured.
  • Engine must remain in stock location. Steel mounts allowed.
  • Crank, rods, and pistons must match block.
  • There will be a minimum of .025 between the top of piston to the top of block.
  • Stock or stock replacement dish pistons with four valve release only!!
  • NO flat topped pistons of any kind.
  • No performance type pistons allowed when referring back to manufacturer.
  • Cam must remain stock to your manufacturer with a maximum of .274 on the cam with stock type 1.5 rocker only.
  • Heads must remain stock with a minimum of 76 cc. chambers. (stock studs only maybe drilled & pinned).
  • Valve size max. of 1.94 and 1.5.
  • Stock passenger car cast iron 2 barrel passenger car intakes only with max. bore of 1.720.
  • Stock ignition only.
  • Stock Holley #4412 only. Maximum of 1/2 in tall aluminum spread bore and adaptor only with standard thickness gaskets only.
  • Stock exhaust manifolds only.
  • Exhaust must route out from under car.
  • Mufflers will be required. Must pass 100 decibel test from flagtstand.
  • Exhaust pipe size 2 1/2 in. max.
  • Stock high volume oil pump permitted.
  • Stock appearing oil pans only.
  • Any radiator that will fit in stock location.
  • Stock fan and cooling system, min. 1 qt. overflow required (securely mounted)
  • NO antifreeze ($200.00 fine or 1 week suspension if caught with antifreeze.)
8. ROLL CAGE:
  • Round steel 1 3/4 in. X .095 wall thickness minimum D.O.M. tubing strongly recommended for rear hoop, "halo" bar, front uprights, and drivers door bars.
  • Minimum cage height 38 in. measured from the top of the frame to the top of the cage (any location).
  • A min. of 4 door bars are required in the drivers door and 2 horizontal & 1 diagonal brace on right side.
  • A bar at dash height tying front uprights together is mandatory.
  • Front & rear piping is optional for safety purposes.
  • No piping allowed in front of radiator.
9. FUEL CELL:
  • Fuel cell is mandatory and must be enclosed in a 22 gauge steel container.
  • Fuel cells must have a roll over safety check valve in vent line.
  • Cell must be mounted in the center of the trunk with a min. of 2 cross wise and 1 length wise straps.
  • Straps must be min. of 1/8 in X 1 in. and be securely bolted to trunk floor (which may not be cut)
10. SEAT:
  • Aluminum racing seat required and must be mounted securely to roll cage (only).

11. BATTERIES:
  • Will be located on the right side of the car and under the dash, properly covered.
  • Batteries will be allowed in firewall on right side of car where heater was.
  • Anything not covered in the rule book shall remain stock as manufactured. Parts must be OEM. No high performance or special performance parts allowed. If you have any questions about any rules or rules interpretations, please call. The Chief Technical Inspector shall have the final say when determining if any rules interpretation, construction, or design is acceptable.
12. NEW:
  • Camaros and Firebirds will be allowed to compete following these rules. Wheels must be same offset on all four corners and a maximum tread width of 62" measured outside of left wheel to outside of right wheel, minus wheel width front and rear. NEW 1/4" spacers on rear only for clearance must be on both sides.

ANY PART WITH PART # REMOVED OR ALTERED WILL BE ILLEGAL!!!

This division is designed to be an entry level class. No driver who has accumulated points in Super Streets, or Late Model division during the year will be allowed to compete in this class.

PURSE REG EVENTS: 1st $150.00, 2nd $85.00, 3rd $60.00, 4th $55.00, 5th $50.00, 6th $40.00, 7th thru 24th $30.00
